About the role

Join a highly regarded specialist disputes team in Oxfordshire, handling complex, high‑value inheritance and trust litigation. You will work alongside leading partners and senior lawyers, developing your own caseload while receiving excellent mentoring and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a developing caseload of contentious probate and trust matters, including will challenges, inheritance Act claims, and Court of Protection cases.
• Assist senior lawyers on more complex disputes with international elements.
• Collaborate with partners and senior team members to deliver high‑quality client service.
• Participate in networking and business‑development activities to build your professional profile.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with up to 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in contentious trusts and probate.
• Strong technical legal ability and excellent communication skills.
• Commercially aware, organised and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
• Proactive approach to professional and business development.
