Continuous Improvement & Depot Process Manager

About the role

Join a leading UK logistics and engineering organisation as a Continuous Improvement & Depot Process Manager. You will work closely with senior engineering leadership to assess current operations, design improvement strategies and drive Lean and 5S initiatives across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Review engineering and maintenance operations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deliver site‑wide continuous improvement programmes.
• Implement Lean, 5S and visual management principles.
• Support depot and production leadership in achieving operational excellence.
• Coach, mentor and train managers and operational teams.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure successful change adoption.
• Use data and performance metrics to track and demonstrate improvements.
• Embed health and safety enhancements into processes.
• Ensure sustained improvements through effective change management.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Operational Excellence or Process Engineering.
• Proven success delivering business change and operational improvement programmes.
• Experience implementing and sustaining Lean methodologies, including 5S.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Experience coaching managers and operational teams.
