Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to embed Lean and Six Sigma principles across our UK site in Bristol. This hands‑on role will drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Lean Six Sigma training and mentor teams at all levels.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and enhance operational performance.
• Define and maintain process standards and best practices.
• Facilitate structured problem‑solving sessions and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (or equivalent experience).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum).
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Experience working in complex, fast‑paced environments.
