Contract Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our client’s team in Kent with an immediate start. The role involves overseeing existing contracts, ensuring operational performance, commercial management and compliance across multiple client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve operational performance of existing contracts throughout Kent.
• Manage commercial aspects, statutory compliance, health & safety and quality assurance.
• Visit client sites daily, coordinating with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
• Report on contract performance and support client relationship management.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing, Heating or Mechanical Engineering.
• Current ACS certification.
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
• Asbestos Awareness training.
• NEBOSH General Certificate.
• Valid clean driving licence and own vehicle.
