Contract Occupational Health Advisor

About the role
Our client in Southampton seeks an Occupational Health Advisor on a 4‑5 day per week contract. The position starts as a three‑month fixed term, working fully on‑site to deliver comprehensive OH services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 2‑3 occupational health cases per day, providing case management and follow‑up.
- Conduct health surveillance activities including audiometry, spirometry, HAVS assessments and safety‑critical medical examinations.
- Complete pre‑placement questionnaires (PPQs) and maintain accurate OH records.
- Provide advice and support to employees and management on occupational health matters.
Required profile
- Registered with the NMC as a Nurse.
- Proven experience in occupational health.
- Relevant OH qualification – degree or diploma.
