Contract Recruiter (London)

About the role

Craft is looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join its London team. You will work across fast‑moving design markets, supporting agencies and in‑house teams in product, brand, digital and motion recruitment. The role offers a high‑energy environment where quick decision‑making and relationship building are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for contract positions, from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool aligned with client needs.
• Build and nurture client relationships alongside an Associate Director and Lead Recruiters.
• Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, ensuring high standards and momentum.
• Contribute to client development and commercial impact.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in 360 recruitment.
• Comfortable working at pace and handling several processes at once.
• Strong appetite to learn, take ownership and grow within the recruitment market.
• Ability to deliver consistent results with care and sound judgement.
