Contract Recruitment Consultant – Advanced Technology & Data Centres

About the role

We are seeking a Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing specialist recruitment business in Manchester. You will focus on contract opportunities within the Advanced Technology and Data Centre sectors, supporting major engineering and infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and place candidates on contract assignments for high‑value engineering and data‑centre projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to build a sustainable pipeline.
• Provide market insight and advisory support to clients on talent trends and salary benchmarks.
• Collaborate with the Manchester team to meet quarterly revenue targets.
• Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client meetings.

Required profile

• Commercially driven, mature and self‑motivated professional.
• Experience in contract recruitment is preferred, but ambitious trainees are welcome.
• Background in high‑value markets such as construction, engineering or technical recruitment is highly regarded.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a long‑term approach to client and candidate management.
