Contract Sprinkler Project Manager – Central London

About the role

We are seeking experienced Sprinkler Project Managers and Site Managers for multiple commercial sprinkler projects in Central London. The role is contract‑based, with the possibility of continuing for up to two years, and involves overseeing projects from mobilisation through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee commercial sprinkler installations on site.
• Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors and other trades.
• Maintain project programmes, monitor progress and ensure site activities stay on schedule.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors and stakeholders to provide regular updates.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the project.
• Monitor quality, verify that works meet specifications and resolve on‑site issues.
• Attend site meetings and produce accurate project reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sprinkler Project Manager or Site Manager on commercial projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Capability to handle multiple site activities and contractors simultaneously.
