Contract & Supplier Management Manager

About the role

Matchtech is seeking a Contract & Supplier Management Manager to oversee contracts and supplier relationships across a range of business services within a leading utilities provider. You will implement best‑practice contract lifecycle management and drive value‑maximisation for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement contract management strategies across the supplier/contract set.
• Drive cohesive supplier relationships, monitor performance and resolve disputes.
• Support sourcing and category managers with contract review and finalisation.
• Carry out governance activities for supplier and contract management.
• Identify and share opportunities for improvement in contract management and supplier relationship strategies.

Required profile

• Post‑signature procurement experience, including contract management and supplier relationship management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and internal influencing skills.
• Ability to foster collaborative and innovative supply‑chain relationships.
• Understanding of governance and compliance in a procurement setting.
• Relevant procurement qualification (e.g., MCIPS, WCC, IACCM) or law degree is advantageous but not essential.
