Contracts Administrator

About the role

Fastly is seeking a proactive and strategic Contracts Administrator to help scale its commercial Legal and Contracts Management team. The role manages agreement lifecycles (sales, vendor and partner contracts) and builds effective relationships with internal stakeholders. It is based in London on a hybrid basis, with core business hours Monday to Friday and occasional flexibility outside them.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process a high volume of contracts from intake through execution and opportunity close using Salesforce and automated CLM software
• Support the sales cycle, including high-volume month-end and quarter-end close cycles
• Collaborate daily with quote-to-cash teams (Deal Strategy, Sales, Revenue Operations and Sales Operations) on contractual terms and revenue transactions
• Review signature requests against policy and help review and draft non-complex negotiated agreements on Fastly forms
• Contribute to team documentation, playbooks, templates and knowledge management
• Maintain timely communication on requests, tickets and tasks, escalating blockers with recommendations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of contract management experience in SaaS, AI or other fast-paced technology environments
• Effective written and oral communication, able to explain contract issues to partners such as attorneys and sales teams
• Strong time management, attention to detail and sound judgment in risk-based assessments
• Preferred: experience implementing enterprise contract management rollouts or migrations, or contract administration at public companies across multiple jurisdictions
