Contracts Analyst – Hybrid (Esher)

About the role

We are seeking a Contracts Analyst to join our growing Quality team in Esher. Working on a hybrid basis, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders and contracts are accurate, compliant, and ready for processing.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer orders and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Check contractual clauses, specifications and requirements, flagging any discrepancies before processing.
• Enter and validate information accurately within the ERP system.
• Review supplier quotations to confirm alignment with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve contractual or order‑related queries.
• Support compliance processes and maintain precise records.
• Ensure all work follows company procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in contract review, order processing, customer service, supply chain or a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy.
