Contracts Manager – Commercial & Industrial Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to lead specialist commercial and industrial projects from initial enquiry through to handover. You will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to shape scope, pricing and delivery plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand requirements and expectations.
• Attend site surveys, assess scope and support quotation and pricing discussions.
• Prepare project packages, programmes and delivery plans.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor coordination and site delivery.
• Oversee health & safety, quality control and day‑to‑day site progress.
• Ensure successful handover of completed works.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Experience in managing fit‑out, storage, refurbishment or industrial works.
• Comfortable handling cost control, programme management and site issues.
