Contracts Manager – Commercial Windows

About the role

The Contracts Manager – Commercial Windows will oversee a portfolio of commercial new‑build window and fenestration projects across the South of England, with a particular focus on social housing contracts. The role blends office‑based planning with regular site visits to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to contractual specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and programme projects to meet detailed schedules and contractual requirements.
• Manage procurement and material reconciliation to secure best value and avoid delays.
• Brief and support site/project teams on contractual obligations.
• Conduct weekly reviews of progress, budgets, resources and forward planning.
• Coordinate permanent and temporary staff in line with project needs.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company procedures.

Required profile

• Proven contracts management experience within the fenestration sector.
• Experience with social housing contracts is highly advantageous.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective time‑management, leadership and organisational capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
