Contracts Manager – Construction Projects (Northwest England)

About the role

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to lead specialist fencing contracts for critical infrastructure projects across the Northwest of England. Based in Liverpool, you will split your time between office planning and on‑site delivery, working with Tier 1 contractors and blue‑chip clients.

Key responsibilities

• Take projects from handover through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Prepare RAMS and oversee health‑and‑safety compliance on all sites.
• Monitor project costs, programmes and commercial performance.
• Support the estimating team with bid preparation and manage procurement activities.
• Coordinate site teams and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Experience as a Project or Contracts Manager within the construction sector.
• Strong commercial awareness, including cost control and programming.
• Black CSCS Card and IOSH qualification.
• Full UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel to sites across the Northwest.
