Contracts Manager - Roofing & Cladding

About the role

The Contracts Manager – Roofing & Cladding will lead the delivery of refurbishment projects across the industrial, commercial and public sectors in the North West. You will oversee multiple sites, ensuring contracts are completed to the highest standard, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage up to seven project sites simultaneously, with values ranging from £50k to £500k.
• Coordinate internal roofing gangs and subcontractors to deliver felts, liquid, flat, single‑ply and industrial cladding systems.
• Produce RAMS and health & safety documentation for each project.
• Control financial elements, monitor budgets and report health & safety audits to senior directors.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Current experience as a Contracts Manager or Supervisor within the roofing and cladding market.
• Refurbishment experience is highly advantageous.
• Physically fit, comfortable working at height and climbing ladders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all organisational levels.
• Confident, articulate and able to take ownership of multiple projects.

• Knowledge of industrial cladding systems.
• Production of RAMS and Health & Safety documentation.
