Contracts & Operations Manager – Aluminium Glazing Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Contracts & Operations Manager to lead multiple aluminium glazing and façade projects for an established specialist. You will work across design, manufacture and installation, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of aluminium glazing, curtain walling, windows, doors and shop‑front projects.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, material deliveries and on‑site requirements.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, keeping all activities on track.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing and installation departments.
• Resolve site issues quickly and pragmatically.
• Introduce structure and accountability across live projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contracts, operations or project management within construction.
• Background in aluminium glazing, curtain walling, windows, doors, shop fronts or façade systems.
• Strong organisational ability and a hands‑on, practical mindset.
• Demonstrated capability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable dealing with labour, procurement, programming and client liaison.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
