Control Tower SAP Key User

About the role

The Control Tower SAP Key User will act as the bridge between IT and warehouse operators, ensuring that customer requirements are accurately reflected in the SAP system. You will support import/export, stock and inventory processes, and play a key part in onboarding new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Test SAP solutions delivered by IT to confirm they meet customer and business needs.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Hold regular meetings with customers to gather and clarify requirements.
• Manage inventory, cycle counting and stock control activities.
• Analyse system data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement new customers into the warehouse environment.
• Prepare and report test matrices.
• Collaborate with SAP teams in other countries to ensure alignment.
• Provide support to operators and drive continuous improvement.
• Create and deliver training for the SAP Warehouse support team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SAP Key User (ERP) in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Strong PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office packages.
• Experience liaising with customers and solving problems.
• Analytical mindset with stakeholder‑management abilities.
