Controller – Finance Business Partner (UK, Norway, Sweden)

About the role

Based in Leeds, you will serve the legal entities in the United Kingdom, Norway and Sweden, acting as the trusted finance partner for each business unit. You will translate financial data into actionable insights, ensuring accuracy, compliance and profitability across the three markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Managing Directors and local leadership to provide financial analysis and decision‑support.
• Prepare timely management reports, budgets and forecasts in line with Group standards.
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, tax, audit and statutory requirements for all entities.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, internal controls and cost management.
• Lead and develop the local finance team, fostering cross‑functional collaboration in an international environment.

Required profile

• Proven finance business partnering experience in a multi‑entity, international setting.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and controlling across different regulatory frameworks.
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical ability to turn complex financial information into clear recommendations.
• People leadership and communication skills for team development and cross‑country collaboration.
