Conveyancer – Flexible Remote/Hybrid Role in Leeds

About the role

We are recruiting for a Conveyancer to join a leading, tech‑enabled conveyancing firm. The position offers the flexibility of fully remote work or a hybrid arrangement from our Leeds office, allowing you to balance client service with work‑life preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handle new‑build transactions and shared‑ownership files.
• Utilise modern case‑management systems and dedicated operational support to progress transactions efficiently.
• Deliver an excellent client experience throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Commitment to high‑standard client service.
• Open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and experienced non‑qualified Conveyancers.
