Conveyancer – Residential Property Transactions

About the role

We are a leading solicitors firm in London seeking an experienced Conveyancer to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish. The role offers hybrid working after a probationary period and strong career progression within a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle residential property purchases, sales, re‑mortgages/refinancing and bridging finance transactions.
• Manage medium to high‑value and complex property matters in Central London.
• Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and fellow solicitors.
• Maintain accurate files, meet strict deadlines and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and high‑value property transactions.
• Proven ability to work independently while keeping a supervisor informed.
• Excellent client care, communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
