About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected professional services firm in Glasgow as a Conveyancing Paralegal. You will support residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, ensuring accuracy and high standards of client service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage legal documentation for residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
• Conduct property searches and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and regularly update case management systems.
• Provide administrative support to solicitors within the conveyancing department.
• Assist with client inquiries and resolve related issues promptly.
• Meet deadlines and ensure transactions are completed efficiently.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in conveyancing or a related legal field.
