Conveyancing Paralegal

About the role

Join a specialist boutique property law firm as a Conveyancing Paralegal, supporting both residential and commercial transactions. You will work closely with experienced fee earners, gaining hands‑on experience across sales, purchases, leases, remortgages and post‑completion work.

Key responsibilities

• Support residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to post‑completion.
• Assist with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Draft and review legal documentation.
• Prepare contract packs and manage transaction progression.
• Raise and respond to enquiries from clients and third parties.
• Review title documents, leases, searches and mortgage paperwork.
• Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders.
• Prepare title reports under supervision.
• Submit Land Registry applications (OS1, OS2, K16) and assist with AP1s, Certificates of Title and post‑completion formalities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a conveyancing role within a law firm.
• Solid understanding of the end‑to‑end property transaction process.
• Exposure to residential property work, including leasehold and freehold transactions.
• Experience assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages or transfers of equity.
