Conveyancing Paralegal – New Build Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal specialising in new‑build transactions to join our busy Glasgow office. You will manage a full caseload of new‑build purchase and sale matters from instruction through to completion, delivering a high level of client service throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new‑build purchase transactions from initial instruction to completion.
• Handle associated sale transactions and ensure smooth progress.
• Keep clients regularly updated and provide clear advice.
• Liaise with developers, lenders, and third parties as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues to progress matters efficiently and accurately.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in new‑build conveyancing.
• Confidence dealing with New Build Missives, Pro Forma Offers, Offers to Sell and related sale missives.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
