Conveyancing Partner – Commercial & Residential Property

About the role

We are seeking an experienced property lawyer to join our Crowborough office as a Conveyancing Partner. The role sits at senior associate level with a clear pathway to partnership, allowing you to shape both commercial and residential property services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload covering acquisitions, disposals, commercial and residential leases, development projects and residential transactions.
• Draft and negotiate complex legal documentation for both commercial and residential matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers, contributing to business development.
• Mentor, supervise and support junior lawyers within the department.
• Contribute to departmental strategy, growth initiatives and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with strong technical expertise in both commercial and residential property law.
• Proven experience handling a broad, complex caseload at senior associate or partner level.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Commercial, client‑focused mindset with confidence to lead matters.
• Proactive approach to business development and networking.
