Conveyancing Solicitor – Residential Property (Bristol)

About the role
The firm is a well‑established, community‑focused practice in Clifton, Bristol, expanding its residential conveyancing team. They are looking for a qualified solicitor, CILEx lawyer or licensed conveyancer with 2‑5 years of experience to manage residential property matters.
Key responsibilities
- Run residential property files from instruction through to completion.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Manage re‑mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release and right‑to‑buy transactions.
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated conveyancing assistant.
Required profile
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
- 2–5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented approach.
