About the role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Team Leader to join our progressive Manchester law firm. This hybrid position focuses on leading a residential conveyancing team, ensuring high‑quality client service and operational excellence while offering flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of residential conveyancers.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the conveyancing process.
• Oversee operational performance, client service delivery and productivity.
• Manage financial performance, including billing oversight and target achievement.
• Drive people development and maintain a collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Strong background in residential conveyancing or property law.
• Proven experience in team leadership or supervision.
• In‑depth knowledge of the end‑to‑end conveyancing process.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
