About the role
We are seeking a motivated Coordinator to join our Property Services division on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in our Blandford Forum office, you will support the fast‑paced operations team by managing repair and maintenance schedules for our residents.
Key responsibilities
- Receive work orders and schedule diaries for tradespeople.
- Liaise with trade staff, contractors and residents to ensure appointments meet targets.
- Act as the first point of contact for business partners within your area.
- Assist in resolving complaints and queries.
- Maintain the team’s diary and booking schedule.
- Complete required administration tasks and seek performance improvements.
- Develop strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Solid experience in administration within a busy, customer‑focused environment.
- Understanding of building‑maintenance terminology (preferred).
- Ability to manage own workload and work well under pressure.
- Strong customer‑service focus with a confident telephone manner.
- Empathy and a passion for helping people.
