Corporate Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate insurance clients in Bristol. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering advice and identifying opportunities to expand the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of corporate insurance clients from renewal through to account development.
• Lead relationships with senior decision‑makers and ensure high retention levels.
• Work closely with internal broking, claims and servicing teams to deliver consistent service standards.
• Negotiate placements with insurers and present commercial solutions.
• Identify and act on growth opportunities across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Current experience as an Account Executive in commercial or corporate insurance.
• Proven ability to manage larger client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with technical credibility.
• Desire for autonomy and long‑term relationship building.

Required skills

• Understanding of corporate insurance products and placement processes.
• Negotiation and commercial presentation skills.
