Corporate Account Handler – Insurance Brokerage

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Account Handler to join a respected independent insurance broker in South West London. The role involves managing a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions and supporting senior colleagues in strategic account management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage renewals, mid‑term adjustments and day‑to‑day servicing for corporate clients.
• Prepare policy documentation, renewal reports and client presentations.
• Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive, bespoke cover.
• Support Account Executives and senior management on strategic accounts.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Corporate Account Handler or Senior Account Handler.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate commercial insurance lines.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client‑relationship abilities.
• Commercially minded with confidence handling larger corporate clients.
• CII qualification (or working towards) required.

Required skills

• Acturis broking system (or similar insurance platform) experience.
