Corporate Account Handler – Senior Client Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Advisor / Account Manager to join our Manchester office, supporting a portfolio of mid‑corporate and large corporate clients. The role combines advisory expertise with hands‑on management of insurance programmes, operating in a hybrid model with two days per week on site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full client life‑cycle for a select group of mid‑corporate and large corporate accounts.
• Prepare and present risk submissions, renewal documentation and risk presentations.
• Negotiate terms, conditions and premiums with insurers on behalf of clients.
• Source alternative quotations where appropriate to ensure competitive pricing.
• Liaise with insurers to resolve policy queries and ensure accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Insurance Account Handler, Account Manager or Client Advisor.
• Demonstrated experience working with commercial/corporate clients.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and market dynamics.
• Relevant qualifications such as Cert CII, Dip CII or ACII are desirable but not essential.
