Corporate Associate Solicitor – Energy (Bristol)

About the role

Join a prestigious international law firm’s Energy team in Bristol as a Corporate Associate Solicitor. You will work on high‑value domestic and cross‑border transactions across the power, renewables, oil & gas, mining and wider infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on private M&A transactions within the energy and natural resources sectors.
• Support multi‑jurisdictional acquisitions, disposals and strategic investments.
• Draft and negotiate joint‑venture and commercial agreements.
• Assist on project development and financing matters.
• Work closely with clients from transaction inception through to completion.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year post‑qualification experience.
• Strong background in corporate law, especially private M&A.
• Excellent drafting and technical legal skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to work effectively within an international team.
• Interest in energy, infrastructure or natural resources sectors.
