Corporate & Commercial Loan Servicing Analyst

About the role

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is seeking a Loan Participation Analyst to join its Issuer Services team in London. The role sits at the heart of primary market activity, supporting the issuance and lifecycle management of Eurobonds, Global Bonds and Medium‑Term Note programmes across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless processing of bond issuances from inception through all lifecycle events.
• Maintain rigorous standards in data analysis, reporting, vault maintenance and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Liaise with colleagues in Tokyo and other global locations to coordinate issuance activities.
• Provide supervisory support to junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.
