Corporate Credit Analyst / Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Credit Analyst or Associate to join a leading asset management and investment advisory firm in London. The role involves analysing corporate credit risk and managing loan portfolios for a major investment bank mandate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage portfolios of middle‑market corporate loans.
• Provide and arrange financings backed by corporate risk in trade, inventory, and commercial real‑estate sectors.
• Conduct credit analysis across a wide range of industries.
• Assess credit risk for loan, trade, and inventory finance transactions.
• Oversee asset management of corporate loans and loan portfolios.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in corporate loan asset management, credit risk, or corporate lending.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid knowledge of financial statements and credit metrics.
• Excellent written and spoken English with client‑facing experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven communication and client‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced competence with Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced competence with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced competence with Microsoft Word.
• Experience using the Bloomberg terminal (preferred).
