Corporate Finance Analyst / Senior Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Corporate Finance Analyst or Senior Analyst to join a well‑established UK‑based advisory firm. You will work on high‑value transactions, supporting clients through the full deal lifecycle from origination to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support transactions including disposals, acquisitions, and capital raising.
• Build detailed financial models to underpin valuation and decision‑making.
• Analyse and interpret financial statements and multi‑source data.
• Prepare pitch materials, investment memoranda and valuation reports.
• Present analysis and insights to clients, investors and senior executives.
• Manage workload efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with relevant experience.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and modelling.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of valuation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling and valuation using MS Excel.
