Corporate Finance Analyst – UK‑wide Transactions

About the role

Join a respected corporate finance boutique as a Corporate Finance Analyst, supporting UK‑wide transactions and building sustainable client relationships. You will work alongside senior professionals on acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, and fundraising across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach target companies through market research.
• Prepare detailed information memoranda for investment or sale.
• Liaise with clients to understand their operations and business needs.
• Present client businesses to potential purchasers or investors.
• Project‑manage deal processes, coordinating lawyers, due‑diligence teams, banks and investors.
• Analyse and forecast financial information using Excel and financial modelling.
• Respond to client queries on active transactions.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Experience in industry finance or an accountancy/audit practice, seeking a first move into corporate finance.
• Strong business and entrepreneurial mindset, able to manage conflicting priorities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and develop client relationships.

What we offer

• Base salary up to £50,000 per year.
• Benefits package.
• On‑target earnings of £80,000 in the second/third year, with no upper limit on potential earnings.
