Corporate Finance Executive

About the role

Our client is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Corporate Finance Executive to join a growing corporate finance team in Maidenhead. The role offers exposure to a broad range of transaction support and lead advisory (M&A) engagements across a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of transaction support and lead advisory (M&A) engagements, including acquisitions, disposals, equity and debt fundraising, and management buyouts.
• Work alongside Directors on financial due diligence assignments for corporate and private‑equity clients.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact on smaller engagements while supporting senior colleagues on larger, more complex transactions.
• Produce accurate financial analysis, databooks, and transaction‑related reports, identifying key commercial and financial issues.
• Undertake market research on companies, sectors, industry trends, potential investors and acquisition targets.
• Prepare information memorandums, business plans, funding documentation and other transaction materials.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication throughout transaction processes.
• Support business development activities, including networking, marketing initiatives and deal origination.
