Corporate Finance Partner – Corporate Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Solicitor to join our Birmingham office as a Partner. You will work within a high‑performing corporate team, advising on a wide range of transactions and playing a strategic role in the practice’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on mergers and acquisitions, private‑equity deals, management buy‑outs and shareholder agreements.
• Lead corporate restructures, joint ventures and general corporate advisory matters.
• Develop and strengthen existing client relationships while generating new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with banking, commercial, employment, real‑estate and tax teams to deliver integrated, high‑value solutions.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Birmingham practice and mentor junior lawyers.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Corporate Partner with high‑quality work in the Midlands market.
• Established network of clients, introducers and professional contacts capable of generating future instructions.
• Demonstrated commercial focus, strong leadership and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple practice areas and drive business development.
