Corporate Paralegal – M&A and Private Equity

About the role

We are a leading international law firm seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our London office. This position offers exposure to high‑value corporate, M&A and private‑equity transactions while working alongside experienced lawyers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist on private‑equity, M&A and general corporate transactions.
• Prepare board minutes, written resolutions and other corporate documentation.
• Conduct legal and corporate due diligence and manage virtual data rooms.
• Draft due‑diligence reports, closing checklists and transaction bibles.
• Support signings, completions and post‑completion requirements.
• Coordinate Companies House filings and maintain statutory registers.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties and external advisers.
• Monitor transaction deadlines to ensure efficient progress.

Required profile

• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Previous experience as a corporate paralegal, legal assistant or within a transactional legal team.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
