About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead private equity transactions, including buyouts, growth investments, exits, and portfolio acquisitions.
• Advise sponsors, investors, management teams, and portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Finance, Tax, and Employment specialists across the firm.
• Play a pivotal role in developing and expanding the firm’s private equity offering.
• Leverage the firm’s international platform for cross‑border opportunities.
