Corporate Partner / Senior Associate – Corporate Law

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer at Senior Associate or Partner level to join a highly regarded corporate team. You will play a key role in supporting the firm’s ambitious growth strategy by leading complex corporate finance transactions and advising a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate finance transactions, including M&A, private equity and venture capital deals.
• Advise owner‑managed businesses, SMEs and larger corporate clients on reorganisations, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues while collaborating closely with partners and senior team members.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive business development.
• Handle a demanding workload, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum six years’ experience within a corporate legal team.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate law and current market practice.
• Demonstrated business development ability and client‑relationship management skills.
• Motivated, commercially minded and capable of mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
