About the Role
Are you a natural people person with a passion for excellence? Portico is looking for a dynamic Corporate Receptionist to become the face of our prestigious Bristol location. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visitor experience and ensuring a seamless, high-end environment for all occupants.
Main Missions
- Act as the primary ambassador for the ground floor reception, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.
- Manage visitor arrivals and departures to ensure a memorable and premium experience.
- Provide proactive assistance to building occupants, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the Building Manager and service partners to maintain operational excellence.
- Serve as the key point of reference for all building-related inquiries, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Handle multiple administrative and concierge-style tasks with high attention to detail.
Profile Required
- Proven experience in a high-end customer service or hospitality role is essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine love for human interaction.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a strong commitment to building lasting relationships with tenants.
