Corporate Recovery & Restructuring Manager

About the role

This position sits within an international advisory practice, providing corporate recovery and restructuring services to a diverse portfolio of corporate and privately owned companies. As a Manager you will support businesses facing financial stress, delivering turnaround advice and, when required, handling formal insolvency assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Work with major lenders, funders and private equity investors to assess portfolio company performance and viability.
• Conduct Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) and propose actionable solutions.
• Advise client companies on performance improvement, financial management and business turnaround.
• Manage formal insolvency assignments such as trading administrations where necessary.
• Prepare high‑quality reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CA – ICAEW, ICAS or ACCA).
• Current experience in corporate recovery, restructuring advisory services and formal appointments.
• Exceptional communication, business acumen and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction.
