Corporate Senior Associate – Corporate Law (3+ PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Senior Associate to join a growing corporate team in Gloucestershire. The role offers a hybrid working model and a mix of high‑value, complex matters with a strong work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise a diverse client base, from owner‑managed businesses to regional and national companies.
• Handle mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, and corporate restructurings.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements and joint venture documentation.
• Provide general corporate governance and advisory services.
• Collaborate closely with partners on high‑quality matters while maintaining direct client contact.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience in corporate law.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate transactions and commercial awareness.
• Excellent client relationship and communication abilities.
• Ambitious mindset with a genuine desire for career development.
