Corporate Senior Associate – London

About the role

We are a leading UK law firm looking for a Corporate Senior Associate to join our growing London corporate team. You will take a leading role on high‑value corporate transactions, working with private companies, investors, entrepreneurs and multinational businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead M&A, private equity and corporate restructuring transactions
• Draft and negotiate share purchase, investment and shareholder agreements
• Manage due‑diligence processes and coordinate specialist teams
• Advise clients on corporate governance and strategic commercial matters
• Act as the primary client contact throughout transactions
• Support business development and grow client relationships
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees
• Keep clients informed of legal and regulatory developments

Required profile

• 6+ years post‑qualification experience in corporate law
• Strong experience advising on M&A, private equity and corporate finance matters
• Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record of managing transactions from inception to completion
• Client‑relationship and business‑development skills
• Experience mentoring junior lawyers
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high‑performing team
