Corporate Solicitor – Flexible Work Options

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join a well‑regarded firm operating across North and West Yorkshire. The role is permanent, based in Keighley with the option to work from Harrogate or Leeds, and offers 1‑2 days of home‑working each week together with part‑time flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to a diverse client base on commercial and employment matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Support the development of the department and potentially progress to Head of Department.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years post‑qualification experience, ideally in corporate law.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Motivation to grow within a small, supportive firm.
