About the role
AJ Chambers is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join a leading law firm specialising in the music and entertainment industry. The successful candidate will have at least three years of post‑qualification experience and will work on a broad portfolio of corporate matters.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support mergers and acquisitions transactions.
- Draft and negotiate shareholder and partnership agreements.
- Advise on corporate restructuring initiatives.
- Manage and execute management buy‑out processes.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of three years PQE.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, particularly in the entertainment sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
