Corporate Solicitor – £78,000-£95,000

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with at least four years post‑qualification experience to join a growing commercial law firm in Buckinghamshire. The role offers high‑quality corporate work, direct client contact and the chance to develop towards senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Advise businesses, entrepreneurs and investors on mergers and acquisitions, company sales and purchases.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder, investment and LLP agreements.
• Handle corporate restructures, reorganisations, governance matters and business succession planning.
• Support corporate finance transactions, share incentive schemes and secured lending where required.
• Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, coordinating with clients and professional advisers.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years PQE in corporate law.
• Proven experience in M&A and general corporate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Commercially‑focused, pragmatic approach to client service.
• Interest in business development and long‑term client relationships.
