Corporate Tax Director – Cheltenham

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Director to join our Cheltenham team. You will work closely with tax partners on UK and cross‑border advisory projects while overseeing complex compliance engagements for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UK and cross‑border corporate tax advisory projects, including group reorganisations, demergers, due diligence and transfer pricing reviews.
• Oversee complex corporate tax compliance engagements and support R&D and planning work.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and manage financial performance of client and project work.
• Collaborate with audit and other service lines to generate new business.
• Coach and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• ACA or CTA qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience at Senior Manager level or already at Director level.
• Significant corporate tax experience across advisory and compliance.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent client service.
