Corporate Tax Manager – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to lead the tax function within a well‑established accountancy practice near Tunbridge Wells. The successful candidate will oversee corporate tax operations, ensuring compliance and delivering strategic tax advice across a variety of client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of corporate tax services, including compliance, planning and advisory work.
• Oversee R&D tax credit claims, capital allowances, group restructures and M&A transactions.
• Provide guidance on exit, succession and transfer pricing matters, as well as other cross‑border tax issues.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high‑quality service.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of tax professionals.

Required profile

• CTA qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate tax within the UK.
• In‑depth knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and regulations.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
