Corporate Tax Manager

About the role

A leading accountancy firm in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join its growing tax team. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, delivering high‑quality tax compliance and advisory services, and supporting the continued development of the firm’s corporate tax offering.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file corporate tax returns in line with firm procedures.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients under the supervision of the Corporate Tax Principal.
• Provide tax planning advice and identify opportunities for clients.
• Handle client enquiries and support staff and principals with tax matters.
• Maintain accurate records of corporation tax filings and ensure timely submission.

Required profile

• CTA qualification (essential).
• Relevant experience gained in a practice environment.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of OMBs and take responsibility for compliance work.
• Understanding of non‑corporate tax interactions is an advantage.

Required skills
